Position Overview:
We are seeking a visionary, uniquely creative, and highly innovative Creative Director to lead our brand’s overall creative strategy, storytelling, and visual execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on bold ideas, originality, and pushing creative boundaries to craft impactful brand experiences across all platforms.
The Creative Director will be responsible for shaping our brand identity, elevating visual and content standards, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate—whether male or female—will be an inspiring leader with a passion for fitness, wellness, lifestyle, and digital culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the creative vision of the brand across digital, social, print, retail, packaging, and experiential platforms
- Translate marketing objectives into compelling, cutting-edge creative campaigns
- Oversee the creative development process, including design, video, photography, and copywriting
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, videographers, photographers, and content creators
- Collaborate closely with marketing, social media, e-commerce, and product teams to bring campaigns to life
- Direct visual production for photoshoots, video shoots, and branded content
- Maintain and evolve brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency and growth
- Stay ahead of cultural and creative trends to keep the brand fresh, modern, and forward-thinking
- Evaluate and approve creative materials to ensure excellence in execution and alignment with brand values
- Partner with agencies, freelancers, and vendors to scale creative output as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- 7+ years of proven experience in a senior creative role (Creative Director, Art Director, Lead Designer, etc.)
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating innovative campaigns and visual storytelling across mediums
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Deep understanding of branding, visual identity, content creation, and campaign strategy
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and design systems
- Experience directing both video and photo shoots
- Ability to think both conceptually and strategically
- Keen attention to detail, timelines, and budget control
