Business Development – Humanitarian & Government 

• Develop relationships with humanitarian organisations, UN agencies, NGOs, and government institutions operating across the region.
• Identify logistics opportunities related to humanitarian programmes, government supply chains, and donor-funded projects.
• Monitor and track upcoming tenders and procurement opportunities.
• Support preparation of logistics proposals, pricing, and technical submissions.
• Maintain regular contact with supply chain and logistics teams within key organisations.
• Develop and implement niche logistics solutions on the ground
• Assist in development of subcontractor networks and logistics supply chains

Business Development – Industrial & Project Logistics 

• Identify logistics opportunities supporting extractive industries including oil, gas, mining, and infrastructure projects.
• Engage with project operators, contractors, and engineering companies operating in the region.
• Support logistics solutions for project cargo, equipment movements, and supply chain requirements linked to industrial operations.
• Assist in developing long-term logistics relationships with companies operating in remote or complex project environments.

Household Goods & Mobility Services 

• Support development of household goods moving and relocation services for diplomats, international organisations, and corporate clients.
• Work with Move One relocation and mobility teams to support service delivery across the region.

Project Support & Operational Coordination 

• Support the coordination of humanitarian cargo, project cargo, and commercial shipments across the region.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure projects are delivered as planned.
• Assist in coordinating cross-border logistics movements and complex transport routes.
• Ensure clear communication between clients, field teams, and operational partners.
• Help resolve operational challenges and support project delivery when conditions change.

Regional Engagement 

• Support Move One activities across West and Central Africa including Chad, Cameroon, Niger, Nigeria, Ghana, DRC, and neighbouring countries.
• Travel regularly to meet clients, partners, and operational teams.
• Conduct site visits to operational locations and project hubs.
• Support client meetings, operational briefings, and business development visits.

Internal Coordination

• Work closely with Move One operations, pricing, relocation, and management teams.
• Maintain a clear overview of opportunities and project pipeline.
• Provide regular updates on business development activities and regional market developments.
