Position Title: Civil Planning Manager
Department: Planning / Project Controls
1. Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Civil Planning Manager to lead project planning, scheduling
and progress control, across major construction and Oil & Gas. The Ideal Candidate will
bring strong expertise in Primavera P6, project coordination, and scheduling methodologies
to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
2. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project master schedules using Primavera P6.
Prepare baseline schedules, WBS and resource loaded plans.
Monitor project progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards.
Lead delay analysis and support extension of time (EOT) claims.
Coordinate planning efforts with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
Manage planning engineers and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
10+ years’ experience in Construction, EPC, or Oil & Gas projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory).
Knowledge of project control tools and reporting techniques
Understanding of civil construction sequences and engineering workflows
Preferred certifications:
PMI-SP / PMP, AACEI (PSP, CCP), or Primavera certifications.
