Job description

  • Be fully responsible for the safety management of the oilfield engineering service site, focusing on core business links such as fracturing and oil connection services, take the lead in implementing the safety production responsibility system, and ensure that all operation processes comply with safety specifications.
  • Strictly follow the relevant HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) management requirements of the oilfield, combine with Aramco safety management standards, formulate and improve the company's oilfield engineering service safety management rules and regulations, operation instructions and emergency plans, ensuring the system is compliant and implementable.
  • Possess mature experience in safety process management and overall control, be responsible for on-site safety supervision, risk identification and control, conduct regular safety inspections, hidden danger investigations and rectification tracking, promptly stop illegal operations, and prevent safety accidents.
  • Take the lead in establishing and continuously optimizing the company's oilfield engineering safety management system, promote the standardization of safety management processes, improve the safety awareness and operational skills of all employees, and organize safety training, emergency drills and other activities.
  • Overall control of engineering safety and quality risks, link with relevant departments such as engineering and operation and maintenance, establish a risk early warning mechanism, timely handle safety and quality related issues, and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
