Assistant Manager - Catering

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the catering department, ensuring efficient meal production and quality control.
• Coordinate with airlines and clients to understand their catering needs and preferences.
• Supervise staff, including training and development, to maintain high standards of service and food safety.
• Implement and maintain operational procedures, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
• Monitor and manage catering budgets, striving for cost-efficiency while maintaining quality.
• Analyze production processes and implement improvements to enhance service delivery and reduce waste.
• Manage logistics for meal delivery from the production facility to aircraft, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Prepare reports on catering performance metrics and present findings to senior management.
• Facilitate communication between various departments to ensure seamless operations.
