Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
  • Manage reservations and bookings efficiently and update the customer management system.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Provide information about the menu, specials, and services offered.
  • Assist in coordinating dining arrangements for guests and helping with event bookings.
  • Monitor cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless service delivery.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer operations and familiar with reservation software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
  • Experience within the food and beverage industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting or cash handling practices may be advantageous.

Salary & Benefits:

The salary for this position is competitive and will be offered on an annual basis. Compensation will be in Bahraini dinar (BHD). Additional benefits may include:
