Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, showcasing a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate personnel, and take messages when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring company standards are met.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff members.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Provide support to various departments as required and facilitate communication within the organization.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive company information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
