Restaurant Manager

To be able to perform task independently with utmost efficiency and profitability and responsibility of a day to day operation on assigned restaurant/s, to assure stores runs in accordance with policies, codes and procedures for the company.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Maintains and improves Herfy Q.S.C. Standards ensuring profitability and sales growth.
• Achieves sales and profit target according to company budgets.
• Maintain the proper staffing and scheduling according to sales volume and labor guide.
• Implements local promotion plans according to the rules and policy of the marketing and advertising department.
• Develop solutions and make decisions which are based on logical assumptions and refiect factual information.
• Utilizes crew growth ladder to all employee for the benefit of the restaurant operation.
• Implements crew training and development program in all levels according to company requirements and needs.
• Have initiative for local store marketing plans to increase sales.
• Get involve with the development of Assistant manager through the use of Personal and Development Plans.
• Conducts all employee performance review according to company rules and policy.
• Ensures that all security measures and policies are implemented effectively.
• Compare Herfy to the competition in Prices, New Product, Operation level, Q.S.C., Facilities and Physical Plants, and provides feedback and suggestions to the top management.
• Communicates and assures 100% compliance from all employees with Health Department Rules, Safety Regulations, Labor Laws and Quality Standards according to current legislation and laws.
• Maintain excellent level of hygiene and food safety for all employees in the restaurant.
• Handles customer complaints with courtesy and professionalism to assure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe work environment for all employees.
