الهدف من الوظيفة: تنفيذ عمليات شراء المنتجات والمواد اللازمة للشركة بالجودة المطلوبة وفي الوقت المناسب وبأفضل الأسعار.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• البحث عن الموردين المناسبين والتفاوض معهم للحصول على أفضل الأسعار.
• إصدار أوامر الشراء ومتابعة تنفيذها.
• التأكد من جودة المواد المستلمة ومطابقتها للمواصفات.
• متابعة المخزون لضمان توفر الكميات المطلوبة.
• إعداد تقارير دورية عن المشتريات والموردين.
• الحفاظ على علاقات جيدة مع الموردين.
• الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الشراء في الشركة.

Job Title: Purchasing Representative

Job Objective: To execute the purchasing of required materials and products with the required quality, at the right time, and at the best possible prices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search for suitable suppliers and negotiate to get the best deals.
• Issue and follow up on purchase orders.
• Ensure the received materials meet quality and specification standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of required items.
• Prepare periodic reports on purchasing and supplier performance.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers.
• Adhere to company purchasing policies and procedures.
