Bid Manager – Etimad (Arabic Proficiency Required)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Bid Manager with strong expertise in managing tender submissions, particularly through Etimad, for government procurement opportunities. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and capable of handling all bid documentation, compliance requirements, and submission processes independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, prepare, and submit competitive and compliant bids via Etimad platform.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather required documentation and technical inputs.
• Review RFPs/RFQs and ensure all requirements are met in Arabic, with accurate and professional documentation.
• Maintain a bid tracker and follow up on submission statuses and clarifications.
• Support the development of proposal templates and compliance checklists.
• Ensure all documentation is in accordance with government procurement regulations.
