Av Technician

 Key Responsibilities

              •            Install AV systems as per approved shop drawings and specifications

              •            Pull, route, and dress AV cables

              •            Terminate and label AV cables, patch panels, racks, and equipment

              •            Install AV equipment such as speakers, displays, projectors, LED screens, and control panels

              •            Assemble and install AV racks and cabinets

              •            Coordinate with electrical, lighting, and IT teams for system integration

              •            Support testing & commissioning (T&C) of AV systems

              •            Assist in system configuration and basic programming

              •            Troubleshoot AV system faults and connectivity issues

              •            Ensure proper grounding, containment, and segregation from power systems

              •            Integration with show lighting systems (DMX, timecode, synchronization)

              •            Installation of BGM, PA, and emergency voice evacuation systems (PAVA)

              •            Work on control systems

              •            Installation of LED walls and large-format display systems

Qualifications

              •            Diploma or technical certification in Electrical / Electronics / AV Technology

              •            Relevant AV certifications (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience

              •            3–7 years of experience in AV installation within construction/MEP projects

              •            Experience in testing & commissioning is a strong advantage
