الوصف الوظيفي

  • Respond to all kinds of emergencies at the properties by physical presence on site
  • Notify Maintenance Engineer / Manager when major repairs are needed
  • Conduct inspections of public housing units for needed services and repairs
  • Coordinate emergencies and regular repairs and coordinate repairs to buildings
  • Maintain fire protection systems and equipment
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs to structural, mechanical and electrical systems
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of cooling and ventilation systems, pumps weather stripping
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of building interiors and exteriors
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs to appliances including refrigerators and washing machines etc.
  • Carry out contractor audits
  • Coordinate with AMC Contractors for PPM Schedule developed for the properties and ensure the work is executed in line with provided timeframe.

المهارات

  • Facility information and technology management.
  • Must possess relevant administrative experience.
  • Validated industry experience in administrative roles.
  • A creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude and a knack for logistics management with ample technical creativity is required.
