Where is the work:

Trane Technologies is creating a core team of individuals who will support in achieving our 2030 Climate Commitment of reducing Carbon emissions by 1GigaTon. For this purpose, we are announcing an opportunity for development of several Digital products for making our products more efficient, effective and reliable. As a Full Stack Lead, you will be collaborating closely with various stakeholders, SMEs and cross-functional across Globe and build Digital products which will leverage AI-ML and other cutting edge technologies.

Where is the work:

What you will do:

In this role you will: 

• Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for production systems
• Design, build, and operate highly available architectures primarily on Azure and secondarily on AWS
• Manage containerized workloads using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Amazon EKS
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ARM/Bicep, and CloudFormation
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana
• Lead incident management, RCA, and post-incident reviews for cloud production issues
• Ensure cloud security best practices (Azure RBAC, Managed Identity, Key Vault, AWS IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager)
• Drive cost optimization, capacity planning, and performance improvements across cloud platforms
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate closely with application and security teams

What you will bring:

• Strong experience in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering roles
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (primary) and working knowledge of AWS
• Strong experience with Kubernetes (AKS and/or EKS)
• Proficiency in Linux system administration and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Solid understanding of cloud networking (VNet/VPC, Load Balancers, DNS)
• Experience handling production incidents and participating in on-call rotations
• Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.
