Our Infrastructure Platforms & Operations organization is looking for Sr. Associate – EUC, Infrastructure & Operations.




Role Responsibilities:



Role Overview



We are seeking an experienced EUC Engineer to provide advanced technical support, design, and optimization of end-user computing environments. The role focuses on endpoint management, enterprise device lifecycle, and ensuring a seamless user experience across Windows and macOS platforms.



Key Responsibilities



  • Provide EUC support for complex EUC incidents, service requests, and problem management
  • Design, implement, and manage endpoint solutions using Microsoft Intune and Jamf
  • Administer and troubleshoot Group Policies (GPOs) in enterprise environments
  • Perform advanced Windows OS troubleshooting (Windows 10/11) including performance, patching, and system stability
  • Manage device provisioning, compliance, and security policies
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes
  • Collaborate with L1/L2 teams and provide technical guidance and mentoring
  • Automate repetitive tasks using scripting (PowerShell, Shell scripts)
  • Manage software deployment, patch management, and endpoint security controls
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Security, Network, Infrastructure) for issue resolution and improvements
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles

Required Skills & Expertise



Core Skills



  • Strong experience in Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM)
  • Hands-on expertise with Jamf (macOS device management)
  • Deep knowledge of Active Directory & Group Policy Management
  • Advanced Windows troubleshooting skills (OS, drivers, applications, patching)

Technical Skills



  • Endpoint security and compliance management
  • Device lifecycle management (provisioning, deployment, retirement)
  • Application packaging and deployment
  • Experience with Autopilot and zero-touch deployment
  • Patch management and update compliance
  • Networking basics (DNS, DHCP, VPN)

Scripting & Tools



  • PowerShell scripting (mandatory)
  • Familiarity with Bash/Shell scripting (for macOS)
  • Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred)

Soft Skills



  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Leadership mindset with mentoring capability

Experience



  • 5–8+ years in End User Computing / Desktop Engineering
  • At least 3+ years in L3 or senior support role
Good to Have
  • Experience with VDI environments
  • Knowledge of macOS troubleshooting
  • Automation and reporting dashboards

Qualifications/Experience:



Diploma/Any Graduation



Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator




Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience in enterprise-scale environments (global support)
  • Knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust security models
  • ITIL framework understanding (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
  • Certifications (preferred but not mandatory):
    • Microsoft Endpoint Administrator
    • Jamf Certified Associate/Engineer
