Job description

We are looking to hire an experienced creative Videographer & Video Editor to join our team and produce high-impact video content for digital platforms; YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

  • Film and edit a wide variety of content including:

- YouTube videos, Instagram Reels/TikToks, testimonials, and live events

  • Handle the full video process: planning, storyboarding, filming, editing, and publishing
  • Create compelling short-form and long-form content tailored for different platforms
  • Operate and manage camera, lighting, audio, and editing gear
  • Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with High Performance Academy’s identity
  • Stay on top of visual trends, editing styles, and platform-specific optimizations

Skills

  • Proven experience as a videographer and editor with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Knowledge of lighting, camera operation, audio, and post-production workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and strong storytelling skills.
  • Knowledge of social media content strategy and platform trends
  • Solid understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok algorithms and content styles
  • Must have your own laptop and editing software (we’ll provide any additional tools or plug-ins you need)
  • Fluent in English
