Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Maintain physical and digital filing systems
• Draft, format, and print relevant documents
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.)
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or office
• Take accurate minutes during meetings
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Coordinate travel arrangements for staff as needed
• Perform other administrative tasks as required by management
• Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
• Familiarity with scheduling and office management software
