Job description

  • Answer and screen telephone calls and take messages and redirect inquiries necessary.
  • Schedule, confirm and manage appointment and maintain executive calendars
  • Greet visitors, manage guest to appropriate destinations.
  • Handle and manage incoming and outgoing emails with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Draft, type and prepare client contracts, brief clients alongside the CEO/MD
  • Take dictation and respond to client's inquiries of behalf of CEO/MD
  • Prepare and deliver professional client presentation.
  • Conduct research, compile date and statistics and general documents for project and pricing proposal as per advice by CEO/MD
  • Manage confidential documents and information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and implement online marketing campaigns across platforms including Instagram's, Facebook, twitter, and other's social media
  • Perform additional administrative and executive support duties as required
