Position Title:                               Telesales Agent

Employment Type:                     Full Time

Salary:                                             up to 4K AED depending on experience & qualifications

About the Client:

A top-tier Hospitality & Leisure group rooted in Dubai, known for its exquisite offerings and unmatched service.

 

Job Description:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential leads to promote our lifestyle membership program.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the product features, partner offerings, and promotional campaign.

Follow up on warm leads and re-engage previous contacts to maximize conversion and collaborate with team members and management to refine sales strategies and share feedback

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Filipino nationalities, 35 years old and below
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Must have experience in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce etc.)
  • Experience selling to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) or premium service is preferred
