Responsibilities:

  • Manage the incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

  • Customer support experience 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Team work, customer care, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good in English (speak, read, and write)
  • French as a second language is preferred
  • Basic computer skills including commercial letters, MS Office, and internet.
