Job description

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our services (business setup, visa processing, IT services etc.), and converting leads into clients.

Skills

  • Make outbound calls to leads and potential clients daily
  • Explain company services (business setup, visa assistance, PRO services)
  • Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Maintain and update customer database (CRM)
  • Book appointments for the sales team
  • Handle basic client queries and provide accurate information
  • Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets
