Job description

Position Title:             Golf Academy Administrator 

Employment Type:     Full Time  

Salary:                         plus accommodation, transportation and duty meals

Job Description:

  • Provide full admin support to the team and department.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks including end of the month reports, inventories, accounts & sales.
  • Dealing promptly and efficiently with telephone and email queries from members, clients, contractors, suppliers and internal departments.
  • Support and assist the reception staff in dealing with bookings, enquiries and group programs.


 

Skills

Qualifications: 

  • Open to any nationalities with top preference for Asians, from 25 – 35 years old
  • College Graduate
  • Minimum of 2 years golf experience with good command of the English language & excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable of Computer literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet).
