We are hiring a Secretary / Admin Assistant for our reputable company in Beirut, Lebanon.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative tasks & maintain office organization
• Handle incoming calls, emails & correspondence professionally
• Ensure confidentiality & data protection at all times
• Schedule appointments & manage calendars
• Prepare reports & documents as needed
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, TS in Secretariat or similar
• 2-3 years of Experience in secretary, administrative tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Proficiency in English & French
• Age between 25 -35
We are offering:
• Working Days Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM till 5:00 PM
