This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our expansion and play a key role in shaping our operations and driving growth.


The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to be our first hire and a crucial part of building and scaling our e-commerce business on Amazon UAE and KSA. As the Operations & Growth Assistant, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks, from ensuring smooth daily operations to actively contributing to our growth strategy. This role is perfect for a proactive and organized individual who is eager to learn, take ownership, and make a significant impact.


Key Responsibilities:

Daily E-commerce Operations:

  • Monitor daily sales performance on Amazon UAE and KSA.
  • Track and manage inventory levels for all product lines.
  • Proactively anticipate potential stockouts and initiate reorders.
  • Efficiently manage the placement of purchase orders with suppliers.

Logistics & Supply Chain Management:

  • Coordinate efficient and timely shipments from China to UAE/KSA.
  • Manage and optimize shipping processes for cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
  • Arrange and oversee occasional shipments from UAE to KSA.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
  • Track shipments and resolve logistical issues.

Administrative & Organizational Support:

  • Organize and maintain business records and documentation.
  • Process invoices and bank statements for the accountant.
  • Assist with communication and scheduling.
  • Handle general administrative tasks.

Growth & Supplier Initiatives:

  • Research and identify potential new suppliers for cost optimization.
  • Evaluate supplier quotes and negotiate terms.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Marketing & Content Support:

  • Gather product information for the advertising agency.
  • Manage the marketing events calendar.
  • Potentially assist with basic content creation.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Generate reports on sales, inventory, and supply chain.
  • Identify trends and provide insights.
