Job description
Survey Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all surveying activities on civil engineering projects, including land development, infrastructure, and construction works. The role includes planning survey operations, leading a team of surveyors, ensuring data accuracy, and coordinating with engineering and construction teams to support project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage survey teams across multiple civil engineering projects.
- Plan and execute survey schedules, resource allocation, and equipment management.
- Supervise and verify topographic, boundary, layout, and as-built surveys.
- Ensure all surveys comply with project specifications, engineering standards, and local regulations.
- Review and approve survey data, CAD drawings, and reports.
- Maintain quality control and ensure survey data accuracy and completeness.
- Manage survey documentation, including field notes, reports, and digital data files.
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of survey equipment.
- Train and mentor junior surveyors and ensure their technical development.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on site.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or Surveying.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience, including leadership experience in civil surveying projects.
- Strong command of survey instruments (Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Digital Level, 3D Scanner, Drone, GPR etc).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and survey software (e.g., Trimble, Leica, or Topcon platforms).
- In-depth understanding of geospatial data management, coordinate systems, and civil construction workflows.
- Strong leadership, planning, and team coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
