Survey Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage survey teams across multiple civil engineering projects.
• Plan and execute survey schedules, resource allocation, and equipment management.
• Supervise and verify topographic, boundary, layout, and as-built surveys.
• Ensure all surveys comply with project specifications, engineering standards, and local regulations.
• Review and approve survey data, CAD drawings, and reports.
• Maintain quality control and ensure survey data accuracy and completeness.
• Manage survey documentation, including field notes, reports, and digital data files.
• Oversee the maintenance and calibration of survey equipment.
• Train and mentor junior surveyors and ensure their technical development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on site.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or Surveying.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience, including leadership experience in civil surveying projects.
• Strong command of survey instruments (Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Digital Level, 3D Scanner, Drone, GPR etc).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and survey software (e.g., Trimble, Leica, or Topcon platforms).
• In-depth understanding of geospatial data management, coordinate systems, and civil construction workflows.
• Strong leadership, planning, and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
