Contribute to the design and execution of high-impact, cross-sector initiatives within Abu Dhabi's government ecosystemLead in-depth research and stakeholder engagement to develop clear, actionable strategiesCollaborate with in-house design teams to prototype and test innovative conceptsProduce thought leadership that shapes strategic direction and drives future-oriented thinkingWork across multidisciplinary teams to deliver human-centred, context-specific solutionsPromote a culture of wellbeing, agility, and continuous improvement within the team


Profile
6-10 years of experience in strategy consulting, think tanks, innovation hubs, or senior government advisory rolesStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsDemonstrated ability to deliver innovative, high-impact outcomesComfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results in fast-paced, high-stakes environmentsHands-on, adaptable, and motivated by purpose-driven work
