Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Construction Foreman.

The Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all site activities, ensuring works are executed efficiently, safely, and in line with approved drawings and project specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising site teams (fabricators, welders, aluminum installers, helpers)
  • Managing daily site operations and ensuring progress as per schedule
  • Monitoring quality of steel and aluminum installation works
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and site regulations
  • Coordinating with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors
  • Managing manpower, materials, and tools on-site
  • Reporting daily progress and resolving site issues

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Foreman in structural steel and aluminum works
  • Strong understanding of site execution and installation processes
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
