Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client relationships in the shipping and logistics industry
- Promote agency services to ship owners, charterers, and related stakeholders
- Coordinate vessel operations at ports, including documentation and liaison with port authorities
- Ensure smooth handling of port calls and customer satisfaction
- Assist in market research and strategy development
