Position Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and overseeing the sales team. You will be an integral part of our company’s success, ensuring that we consistently meet and exceed sales targets while providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your strong presentation and language skills will be key in effectively communicating with clients and presenting our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients and partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Assist in preparing and delivering sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure cohesive communication and strategies.
- Organize and manage events, exhibitions, and meetings with clients.
Skills
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with at least Three years in a managerial role.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and teams.
- Excellent language proficiency in Arabic & English—both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and a team player.
- Experience in the lighting industry or interior design is a plus.
