Job description

To develop, maintain, and grow strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively. The Relationship Manager serves as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients, providing expert guidance, managing renewals, and coordinating with insurers to secure optimal solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main liaison for a portfolio of individual and corporate clients.
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through proactive support and communication.

Sales and Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
  • Prepare and present insurance proposals to prospective clients.
  • Achieve assigned targets for new business and renewals.

Policy Servicing

  • Manage policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Coordinate with underwriting and claims teams to resolve client issues promptly.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

Market and Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on insurance market trends, pricing strategies, and new products.
  • Develop expertise in the company’s insurance offerings (life, medical, motor, property, liability, etc.).

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the sales, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Submit regular reports on pipeline, client activity, and revenue performance.
