Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the General Manager’s schedule, meetings, travel, and appointments.
  • Handle confidential emails, correspondence, reports, and documentation.
  • Organize and maintain project files, drawings, and technical documents.
  • Review and assist in the preparation of engineering and construction reports.
  • Draft meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate with project teams, and department heads for updates and reporting.
  • Assist in preparing tender documents, client submissions, and technical presentations.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for the General Manager.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on behalf of the GM.
  • Provide administrative support in project monitoring, document control, and technical coordination.
