Position Summary
The Executive Secretary manages the daily operations of the CEO’s office, ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and administrative efficiency. This role enables the CEO to focus on strategic goals by handling scheduling, correspondence, stakeholder communication, and special projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and manage the CEO’s schedule, travel, and meetings.
Act as liaison with internal and external stakeholders including board members.
Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate and support board meetings and governance-related tasks.
Track CEO office budgets, expenses, and ensure confidentiality protocols.
Supervise junior administrative staff and manage special projects on behalf of the CEO.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field.
Experience: 8–10 years in executive office management or high-level admin roles.
Skills:
Strong communication, organization, multitasking, discretion, proficiency in Microsoft Office, bilingual (English & Arabic preferred). Other: Must be flexible with working hours and willing to travel.
