Job Summary:
Reporting To: Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling transaction clearance and government-related services, achieving sales targets, generating new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. The role requires delivering tailored solutions and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the candidate is expected to meet and exceed assigned sales KPIs and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
- Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, and broker/partner collaboration
- Present company services, including fees, processes, and requirements
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations to potential clients
- Identify client needs and provide suitable customized solutions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct client visits to strengthen business opportunities
- Ensure timely follow-up on all inquiries
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years of sales experience (preferably in transaction clearance, government services, or PRO services).
- UAE residency required.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
