As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing daily sales operations, processing customer orders, and maintaining accurate sales records. You’ll also play a key role in supporting communication between departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflows across the business.

• Act as the point of contact for sales-related queries internally and externally
• Handle order processing, invoicing, and tracking shipments
• Maintain and update sales records and customer databases
• Provide exceptional support to the sales team and ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and production departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing
• Prepare sales reports and assist with forecasting and budgeting activities
