We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer / Sales Executive with proven experience in solar energy solutions to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who combine strong technical understanding of solar products with exceptional sales capabilities to deliver customized, value-driven solutions to commercial and industrial clients.
You will play a key role in expanding our solar energy business by identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate systems (inverters, panels, batteries, EV chargers, etc.), and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to project handover.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy and renewable energy sector
- Conduct site visits, assess energy needs, and propose customized solar solutions
- Prepare and deliver technical and financial proposals tailored to customer requirements
- Develop strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, facility managers, and decision-makers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and compliance with company guidelines
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological developments in solar energy
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system
Skills
✅ Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in solar energy systems or renewable energy solutions
- Strong technical knowledge of solar panels, inverters, batteries, EV chargers, and related components
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong understanding of energy savings analysis and return on investment (ROI) modeling
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field is preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is a must.
