- Proactively identify, engage, and convert potential customers using a consultative, empathetic approach
- Provide expert advice on products/services and explain benefits clearly to a UK client base.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with clients based on trust, integrity, and reliability
- Handle objections and concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the brand with professionalism
- Ensure accurate record keeping using CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports
