Key Responsibilities
AI Software Implementation & Strategy
- Research, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge AI tools and platforms (ChatGPT, Claude,Midjourney, Notion AI, Jasper, etc.)
- Develop comprehensive AI adoption strategies across different business functions
- Create workflows and processes that leverage AI software to maximize efficiency and output
- Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and platforms, constantly testing and evaluating new solutions
Process Optimization & Automation
- Identify business processes that can be enhanced or automated using existing AI software
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows for content creation, data analysis, customer service,and operations
- Train team members on effective AI tool usage and best practices
- Develop standard operating procedures for AI software integration
Strategic AI Leadership
- Act as the organization's AI evangelist and guide strategic AI decision-making
- Monitor AI industry trends and assess their potential impact on our business
- Collaborate with department heads to identify AI opportunities specific to their functions
- Build and maintain relationships with AI software vendors and service providers
