Job description

We Are Hiring: Business Development Manager in Luxury Fashion (B2B & B2C)

DASHA FASHION is seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager with a strong background in luxury fashion and a passion for identifying new business opportunities. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to drive growth across the GCC and international markets.

Important: This is not a client servicing role. We are looking for someone who excels at identifying and acquiring new clients in both B2B and B2C sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Generation – Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new clients including VIP customers, fashion boutiques, and wholesale partners .
  • Market Expansion – Research and penetrate new markets to expand DASHA FASHION’s presence locally and globally.
  • Strategic Partnerships – Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with high-value clients and collaborators.
  • Sales Enablement – Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to align business development initiatives with brand goals.
  • Growth Planning – Create and implement actionable business development strategies to meet and exceed growth targets.
