Job description

Job Summary:

We are currently hiring a friendly and well-presented Receptionist to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing the front desk with professionalism and warmth. Filipino nationals are preferred due to cultural fit and language fluency.


Requirements:

  • Filipino nationality preferred
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance
  • Able to multitask and handle work under pressure
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in administration is a plus
  • Must be currently residing in the UAE or willing to relocate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Coordinate with internal departments and support teams
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure guest security procedures are followed
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned by the supervisor
