Job description

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier coordination
  • Support general administrative tasks (filing, scanning, document handling)
  • Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings
  • Track daily employee attendance using the PNC punch-in/out system
  • Mark absences, lateness, and calculate overtime hours
  • Prepare and maintain attendance and OT reports for HR and payroll
