The RAM Lead is a senior systems engineering position responsible for planning, managing, and delivering all Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability activities across the high-speed rail project, covering station structures, TBM tunnel works, and fixed infrastructure systems. The role sits within the Engineering Department and operates in close collaboration with the Safety Assurance Manager, discipline engineers, and the systems integrator to ensure that all subsystems meet contractually defined RAM targets throughout the full project lifecycle — from concept and design through testing, commissioning, and handover to operations.
The candidate must demonstrate the ability to develop and manage availability models, define maintainability requirements, and produce RAM demonstration evidence for regulatory and client acceptance. Strong cross-disciplinary collaboration skills are required to embed RAM requirements across civil, electrical, signalling, and tunnelling interfaces within a complex joint venture environment.
You'll no longer be considered for this role and your application will be removed from the employer's inbox.
