With a strong presence across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and beyond, we deliver integrated solutions across the entire project lifecycle—from planning and design to delivery and asset management.Our Middle East operations continue to expand, supporting major infrastructure, transportation, energy, and development projects aligned with national visions and long-term growth strategies.About the Role:We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced professionals for Quantity Surveyor roles for upcoming Construction Supervision projects in Dubai, UAE.These roles will support large-scale infrastructure development projects, focusing on cost management, contract administration, and commercial control throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and review cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance
• Evaluate contractor variations, claims, and interim payment applications
• Ensure contract compliance and support contract administration activities
• Conduct site measurements and verify quantities
• Provide cost advice and reporting to the project team
• Support procurement and tender evaluation processes
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholdersRequirements:• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in quantity surveying/contract administration
• Strong experience in infrastructure projects
• Experience in construction supervision or consultancy environment
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and commercial processes
