Job Description:
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor For Design, Fit-out and Contracting Company with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The role involves cost management, site supervision, and exposure to MEP works, making it ideal for proactive candidates who are ready to take on responsibility and contribute effectively to project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.
- Support procurement and contract management activities.
- Monitor project costs and report variances to project managers.
- Assist with site supervision and coordinate with engineering and MEP teams as required.
- Maintain detailed records of project costs, contracts, and site activities.
- Contribute to risk management and value engineering initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or construction projects.
- Solid knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation, procurement, and MEP works.
- Willingness to work on-site and handle site supervision tasks when required.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of [AutoCAD / CostX / other relevant software is a plus.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
