Job description

The QA/QC Engineer/Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring that construction projects meet the required quality standards and comply with regulatory guidelines. This position involves overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the construction industry, ensuring that all materials and workmanship adhere to specified standards. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures for construction projects.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  3. Review and approve project quality plans and procedures.
  4. Coordinate with project teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
  5. Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including reports and records.
  6. Train and mentor team members on quality control practices.
  7. Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality materials are used.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures.
  9. Participate in project meetings to discuss quality performance and improvements.
