The QA/QC Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring that products meet the required standards of quality and safety. This position involves the implementation of quality control processes and the continuous monitoring of production activities to ensure compliance with established guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies. Working in a dynamic environment, the QA/QC Engineer will collaborate with various teams to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product compliance.
2. Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes.
3. Identify and document quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
4. Collaborate with production teams to enhance quality standards.
5. Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and performance.
