This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant at KAYE & CO. located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The candidate will be responsible for brokerage services, customer service, sales, and managing real property. The day-to-day tasks may include conducting property viewings, negotiating lease agreements, providing market analysis, and building relationships with clients and investors.

Skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sale and leasing of premium residential properties across Dubai
- Proactively source new listings through canvassing, cold calling, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and landlords
- Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and coordinate photography for new listings
- Upload and manage property listings on CRM systems and marketing portals
- Handle inbound inquiries from prospective buyers and tenants, qualifying leads and matching them with suitable inventory
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance throughout the decision-making process
- Negotiate and close transactions, attending DLD to finalize title transfers
- Advise clients on current market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to foster long-term relationships and generate referrals
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate brokerage and sales
- Knowledge of Dubai Real Estate
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and property regulations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and investors
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Relevant certifications and licenses
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
