Property Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the sale and leasing of premium residential properties across Dubai
• Proactively source new listings through canvassing, cold calling, and lead generation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and landlords
• Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and coordinate photography for new listings
• Upload and manage property listings on CRM systems and marketing portals
• Handle inbound inquiries from prospective buyers and tenants, qualifying leads and matching them with suitable inventory
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance throughout the decision-making process
• Negotiate and close transactions, attending DLD to finalize title transfers
• Advise clients on current market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to foster long-term relationships and generate referrals

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate brokerage and sales
• Knowledge of Dubai Real Estate
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and property regulations
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and investors
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Relevant certifications and licenses
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
