Review project scope, specifications, and contractual obligations.
Develop detailed project plans including schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting.
Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are aligned and met.
Conduct site inspections to assess progress and resolve on-ground challenges.
Oversee and manage all aluminium and glass installation activities on-site.
Ensure technical accuracy, compliance with design specifications, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to avoid delays.
Supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
Monitor project costs and ensure work is completed within budget.
Identify and mitigate risks or delays that could affect project delivery.
Approve work schedules and project milestones for tracking and reporting.
Prepare and submit periodic project reports to management and clients.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and variation orders.
Handle client correspondence and ensure timely submission of invoices and claims.
Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Provide coaching and support to team members to achieve performance targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in project management within the aluminium and glass industry in the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of aluminium systems, curtain walls, cladding, structural glazing, doors, windows, and skylights.
Strong understanding of shop drawings, structural calculations, and fabrication/installation processes.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office Suite.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
UAE Driving License is preferred.
