  • Technical Execution: Lead and coordinate all site-level engineering activities, ensuring strict compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Arabic Authority Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for technical discussions and inspections with UAE authorities (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defense, etc.), utilizing fluent Arabic for official coordination.
