We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support daily business and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be able to manage schedules, coordinate tasks, handle communications, and assist in ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow for senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
• Coordinate emails, calls, and business communications
• Handle confidential documents and reports
• Follow up on pending tasks and operational activities
• Assist with travel arrangements and scheduling
• Maintain records, files, and documentation
• Support management with daily administrative tasks
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners when required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional and presentable personality
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and time management
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrator is a plus
